A Little Touch of Hope Counseling LCC is an "In-Network" Provider with some insurance companies. 

It is strongly recommended that you clarify the extent of any coverage from your carrier.

If A Little Touch of Hope Counseling LCC is not “in-network” with your insurance provider. A Little Touch of Hope Counseling LCC will supply you with a copy of your encounter form for each visit. You may submit the encounter form to your insurance company to obtain any reimbursement for which you may be eligible.

 

Ultimately, you are responsible for the payment of the services rendered to you-that is, if for any reason the insurance company denies payment for services, you will be responsible for the payment.
